Elodie uses grapes from two top sites in the Swartland - Jakkalsfontein and Nuwedam – and has the granitic intensity to prove it. Naturally fermented in older oak, it’s a leesy, savoury style with some subtle reduction, layers of citrus and wet stones and a kerosene undertone. 2027-32
