Tasting Notes

The bottled 2023 Migan has more rusticity and earthier tannins than the unbottled 2024 I tasted next to it. Sixty percent of the volume matured in neutral 228-liter French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel. It's powerful and concentrated but has very good balance. 6,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024. Drink Date: 2026 - 2031
