A restrained and appealing elegant nose features notes of ripe red currant, earth, underbrush and humus. There is excellent volume to the moderately well-concentrated medium weight flavors that possess a relatively supple mid-palate yet tighten up considerably on the impressively complex, well-balanced and lingering finish. This is one of those wines that will probably allow good accessibility as it's aging yet there is no absence of upside development potential. Drink: 2021+
Lifted and exciting. Much richer than most. Very exciting and charming – this was the first 2011 I really wanted to swallow! Long. 2015 - 2025
