Griotte cherries, scorched earth and light cedar notes on the nose, this has a plush, rounded core of fruit on the palate which is all cherries and blackcurrant. Framing the fruit is a rich, smoky, earthy character and a green peppercorn spice. Long, fine and round, both ripe and savoury in equal measure.
