Tasting Notes

Bright crimson ruby, not the deepest. Fine and elegant on the nose, with subtle cherry and raspberry notes. The palate offers a richer approach, as so often builds to the back, with a fruit acid balance that I find really fine. A very sensual yet precise finish. 2 barrels made. Drink from 2027-2034.
