Bright ruby in the glass, this feels light and airy on the nose, redolent with cherry blossom and wild strawberries. There is a whiff of cherry cola about the oak but it comes together due to the sheer aromatic lift of the fruit. The palate is polished, with vibrant fruit and acids giving a real sense of energy. The tannins are silky and ripe but ever-present, providing a gentle, consistent backbone. Long, layered and fragrant on the finish.
