Fascinating, almost decadent aromas of salted butter, brioche, flowers and apples. Round and dense yet fresh and rather weightless on the palate. Subtle flavors of chalk and stones with rich bread, some pie crust, cream and cooked apples. A complex, handmade quality. Mostly chardonnay from Cramant and Avize. Pinot noir from Bouzy and Vertus. 4.5 years on the lees. Dosage 9 g/L. Disgorged 2024. Drink now.
