Tasting Notes

The 2024 Bourgogne Aligoté has a light sea spray element on the nose that combines nicely with the citrus fruit. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, quite sharp and fresh, the kind of Aligoté that calls out for some fresh oysters! (Drink between 2025-2029)
