Intense minerality backed by juicy citrus, fleshy orchard fruit and smoky nuttiness. Ripe yellow apple, pear, quince and melon layered with chamomile and dried mountain herbs and dusted with white pepper. Lively acidity throughout, lifting the powerful fruit and muscular minerality. Wood is very well worked, offsetting the flinty nuances with honey-glazed almonds and cedar. 2024-2036.
