Three rows are used out of the old vine plot in Echezeaux du Dessus, with 50% whole bunch vinification. It is probable that the Echezeaux du Dessus reference will have to come off the label because of newly-enforced regulations. Reduction and stems, the fine lees are still working in the barrel. Slightly headier, slightly glossier, yet slightly stricter than the regular Echezeaux and with even more persistence. Gorgeous long finish Drink from 2030-2038. 5 Star wine.
