The 2023 Albariño El Palomar is from Meaño, Salnés. This fermented and aged in foudre for nine months on lees. From a rainy vintage, it has fine oak and malolactic notes, with white fruit, pear, a hint of reduction and a touch of caramel. This is tense and enveloping, with a long finish. It is expressive and classically styled. 2025 - 2035
