A nice contrast with the Noa Chenin Blanc, as it comes from schist soils on the other side of the Swartland, this is a plusher, more textured wine, although it still weighs in at just 12.5% alcohol. Fermented and aged in old foudres, it has yellow apple, pear and subtle stone fruit flavours and a savoury finish. 2026-32
