Incredibly subtle and complex with dried herbs, spices, meat, leaves and dried fruit. Full-bodied, superfine and polished tannins and a fantastic finish. What a fantastic Grancey! Drink in 2022.
Cask sample. Violet, black cherry, leather and cinnamon – already showing promising complexity on the palate. Soft, pristine red fruit.
