Sandhi Chardonnay features medium aromatic intensity with sun-ripened apple, wet sandstone, and citrus driving the nose, as well as white flowers and green pear on the palate. 500-litre oak barrel ferments provide depth of texture and complementing flavours of bruised yellow apple and dried white sage that balance sharp acidity. A medium-body mouthfeel widens mid-palette, providing textural weight for a slightly saline mineral finish. 2024 - 2027
