An attractive ruby purple. The bouquet has slightly more depth than Bas de Combe, with a mix of red and black berries on the palate, middleweight. Not quite delivering the éclat of my favourites. At racking the Vignes Rondes was moved from older wood post malolactic to new and showing its oak. Drink from 2030-2036.
