Tasting Notes

Reduction renders the nose impossible to evaluate other than to observe that the underlying fruit appears to be quite ripe. The notably finer and more seductive middle weight plus flavors possess very good density while the firm and refined finish is shaped by silky tannins. This is lovely. (Drink starting 2030)
