A fresh and even ruby, fragrant red berries on the nose, something rather stricter and indeed with more tannins on the palate. There is still plenty of fruit to cover them, but the Guettes is quite austere in style. One that tastes less ripe, there being cool winds here despite the southern exposure. Drink from 2028-2034. Tasted Oct 2024.
