Tasting Notes

Moderate reduction. I like the punch and freshness to the suave and palate soaking medium-bodied flavors that display a subtle minerality on the youthfully austere finale. This balanced effort should mature relatively quickly and could also be enjoyed young. (Drink starting 2027)
