Tasting Notes

Typically the last parcel to be picked by Cotat, the 2022 Cul de Beaujeu is a welcoming, open style. The merest hint of residual sugar (3g/l) is part of the roundness on the palate, but it's not sweet, merely smoothing out its core. There's a delicate fragrance of nectarine and florals with a touch of honey on the medium-length finish. Drink between 2023-2036.
