A clear pale colour, with a little more opulence on the nose, even a suggestion of honeysuckle. Balanced on the palate between quite fine white fruit and the saline notes which are quite evident in 2021, with a fine long finish. A seasoning of salt and lemon. Will be approachable reasonably young. Drink from 2027-2034.
Essence of Chablis. Purity of fruit, dryness of crushed stones, complexity of oak and tension of the final stage in tank. Outstanding intensity and length. Endless finish. Wow! Drink: 2027-2041.
