A slightly earthier and spicier nose reveals a ripe mix of both red and dark pinot fruit. There is solid volume and richness to the lightly stony flavors that tighten up on the noticeably firmer and youthfully austere finale. This is lovely but in need of at least 3 to 5 years of keeping before it will be approachable. (Drink starting 2029)
