Tasting Notes

Disgorged in August 2024 with a dosage of 1.5 grams per liter, this rosé counterpart is likewise anchored in the 2022 vintage. Sélèque’s latest NV Extra-Brut Solessence Rosé includes 5% Pinot Noir red wine from 2020, while 10% of the Pinot Meunier component underwent maceration. The assemblage consists of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir, incorporating 40% reserve wines matured in a perpetual reserve. Aromatically expressive, it opens with notes of raspberry, orange peel and brioche. On the palate, it is medium- to full-bodied, ample and demonstrative, with ripe yet vibrant acidity, displaying a rich fruit core and phenolic grip that makes an even more assertive impression than its white counterpart. 2025 - 2032
