Sweet, ripe and vaguely liqueur-like aromas include those of red and dark cherry, spice and a touch of warm earth. The round, supple and delicious middleweight flavors possess reasonably good vibrancy while offering enough depth and persistence on the mildly warm finish to be interesting. Note that this is already drinking well though with that said, it also possesses the underlying structure to reward 3 to 5 years of keeping if desired.
