Tasting Notes

It is a flinty and very delicate wine. It has a deep salinity and is very savoury. It clearly has a mineral expression and will grow in the bottle. One of the most delicate wines you can taste from Ribeira Sacra. Lots of tension and a delicate touch of arbutus at the back palate. Purity in the glass. Drink: 2024-2034
