Creamy bouquet with fluffy lees nuances over dried citrus peel, oak invisible, the palate tense and refined with a terrific line of acidity that draws the finish out. Appetising, super-refreshing finish.
Whole-bunch pressed straight to a mix of small and large oak barrels. Spontaneous fermentation in new (25%) and used French oak barrels and aged for 11 months in oak. Natural malo (68%). Blossomy layers. Orange blossom and a haze of floral softness that doesn’t hide the brightness and intensely orange zest of the ripe citrus fruit: satsuma, tangerine, satsuma peel. Dusty graphite caesura. A wine that has the defined, tangible colour and intensity and texture of oranges but also something intangible, softer: lunar haze and lunar energy.
