A gorgeous purple colour, with a delicious sensual nose. Hard to imagine better than this. Easily enough concentration, the fruit absolutely filling the mouth, well integrated with its oak, and within a fine long predominantly red fruit finish.
Offering up aromas of sweet cherries, smoke, incense, vanilla pod and spices, the 2023 Vosne-Romanée Village is medium to full-bodied, supple and fleshy, with a layered, charming core of fruit framed by sweet structuring tannins.
