First made in 2008, when it was a much richer wine, Rall White is still "the cornerstone of what we do", according to Donovan Rall. Combining Chenin Blanc, 29% Verdelho and 2% Viognier, it's an effortlessly complex, self-assured assemblage that has impressive texture and freshness, layers of beeswax, chamomile, citrus and apricot and a whisper of oak.
