Tasting Notes

Salmon pink. Ample and fresh with plenty of white peaches, apricot, grapefruit zest and lemon; a hint of crushed peppercorn, saline finish. Mostly vinified in stainless steel vats, with 5% fermented in barrels with batonnage. Drink: 2026-2028
