Tasting Notes

Equally cool and fresh aromas are comprised by notes of green apple, lemon zest and pretty acacia blossom wisps. There is a bit more volume as well as better mid-palate density to the attractively textured flavors that display unusually good length in the context of the appellation on the very dry but not really austere finale. Lovely and worth your interest plus it will age if desired. Note: raised exclusively in glass
