A creamy and delicious chenin blanc that bursts with yellow-apple, papaya, mango and hazelnut aromas. It’s full-bodied with lovely pithy and saline undertones supporting the yellow fruit. From vines planted in 1980 in the Paardeberg. Unfiltered. Drink now or hold.
Honey and fresh apples on the nose and then a rollercoaster thrill of acidity and white-knuckle tension. Green apricots, salted lemon, skin-prickling precision. It had the power and presence to go with a very special ex-dairy cow ribeye steak. Drink: 2025-2030
