Tasting Notes

Subtle but easily perceptible wood frames the mostly white orchard fruit aromas that are trimmed in floral and ripe citrus nuances. The beautifully sleek, intense and overtly stony medium weight flavors display a refreshing salinity on the bone-dry, focused and beautifully persistent finish. This firm effort should amply reward a decade plus of cellaring. Drink: 2029+
