The mid-slope location at the northern edge of the appellation delivers a subtle, dense result. The destemmed fruit is fermented on ambient yeasts and gently punched down, giving a solid mix of red and black berry fruit, a floral perfume, and a substantial but still very elegant texture on the palate. Available only in magnum. (Drink between 2024-2039)
