Light, shimmering yellow. Incisive, mineral-accented citrus and orchard fruit scents, along with hints of succulent herbs and ginger. Dry and nervy on the palate, offering sharply focused lemon pith, pear skin, bitter quinine and fresh bay flavors and a sweetening touch of vanilla. Closes long and tight, with an emerging floral note and lingering minerality.
