The restrained and beautifully layered nose offers up a blend of plum, soy, anise and exotic tea. There is excellent volume to the rich, seductively textured and punchy larger-scaled flavors that possess an agreeably sappy quality on the lengthy, firm, balanced and mildly austere finale.
