A quite peculiar, distinctly perfumed nose, with potpourri, dried rose and blackcurrant. More body than most, though the acidity is quite low. Finishes on raspberry and more rose petals. Highly unusual. Tannins are grippy, fairly fine for the vintage. An interesting result from a tricky vintage. I would drink young.
