The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté, 55% from the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the rest from Chassagne picked simultaneously, was taken directly from stainless steel tanks. It has a clean and fresh Granny Smith and pear-scented nose. The palate is quite edgy on the entry with a pleasant twist of sour lemon, bright and saline on the finish. Enjoy this over the next five or six years - there's plenty of energy here. (Drink between 2024-2030)
