The 2023 Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling –GG– Alte Reben is a selection from the original part of the cru and ungrafted vines more than 100 years old. Based on 100% healthy grapes, the 2023 opens with a fragrant and herbal, highly refined and elegant bouquet of crushed rocks and ripe fruit. Highly refined and elegant yet lush, intense and almost weightless on the palate, this is a spectacularly intense and subtly powerful and tender Würzgarten with fine tannins and a long, intense, concentrated and complex, very promising finish. 3,000 bottles were filled in September 2024. 12% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine from AP 33 23 in January 2025. 2030-2060.
