Tasting Notes

The 2023 Trousseau Fontenille was produced with grapes from 17-year-old vines trained with a high canopy on flatter land. It fermented with 100% whole bunches in oak vats and comes in at 11.5% alcohol. It's aromatic and floral, with notes of red fruit, and has a medium-bodied palate and fine tannins. It was bottled in August 2024. 2025 - 2031
