The 2021er Scharzhofberger Auslese GK is a noble-sweet wine with a gorgeously ripe and elegantly aromatic nose of orange zest, candied citrusy fruits, baked spices, pineapple, dried apricot, prune, and honey. The wine presents huge botrytis presence where honeyed and candied exotic fruits make for a sweet and creamy side, before great zesty and spicy elements kick in and give a magnificent playful and lively finish.
