An exceptional cuvée that is based here on the 2014 harvest with some juice from 2015 added to facilitate the second fermentation in bottle. The nose is exceptional with such chalky lemon and grapefruit, delivered as a very striking expression of pure chardonnay fruit, gently wrapped in some fresh, pastry-like, savory notes. The palate has a seamless, elegant and very dry feel with a sleek, delicate and pastry-fine texture. Breathtaking finesse here. Drink or hold.
