A new wine in this range, the 2019 Barbaresco Fausoni is redolent of sweet red cherry, orange peel, rosewater, lavender and rose petal. The Fausoni is beautifully layered in the glass, revealing myriad sides of its personality over time. There is something mysterious about the Fausoni that I find hugely appealing. (Drink between 2024-2034)
