The wine is very pure and clean, and already very expressive and open at this stage. It is packed with energy and dry extract on the palate, which are admirably well balanced out by pure zesty and salty flavors. All this brings one to a slightly broad finish. A firework of exotic and zesty fruits comes through in the very long finish. This is a superbly fresh and enticing Eiswein! 2016-2027
