Aromatic accents of smoke, pastry dough and crushed almond lead the way in this elegant rosé, and the delicate mousse carries subtle flavors of dried white cherry, fleur de sel and preserved lemon. Fresh, lacy finish. Disgorged March 2016. Drink now through 2019.
Tasted blind. Particularly pale salmon pink. Savoury nose and very delicate bead. Sophisticated and savoury. Quite long. 2017 - 2020
This fine dry style of rosé with its crisp red-currant fruits is typical of the Lanson style. It is tangy, zesty and with a mineral texture from the high percentage (62%) of Chardonnay in the blend. The wine comes only from Grand Cru vineyards. It is stylish and with intense acidity at the end.
