**Note: from vines situated in the very best part of En l'Ormeau that average 50 years of age**
A slightly riper yet still notably fresh array consists of pear liqueur-like aromas where additional breadth is present in the form of apple, roasted nuts and acacia blossom. There is more volume and richness to the medium weight flavors that possess a sappy mouth feel thanks to the copious level of dry extract, all wrapped in a slightly more complex finish that is both clean and dry. This very rich effort will easily be approachable young but once again, should have no trouble aging.
