This is another of the highlights of the 2017 Verget portfolio and is well worth seeking out. Drink 2018-2026.

This plot is situated in the village of Prissé but is close to the Pouilly Fuissés of Vergisson. The vines are around 50 years old. Fermentated and mature in oak barrels - 20% of which were new. Lemon curd, baked vanilla and hints of pear on the nose here. The palate is pithy and texutral, gaining creamy complexity and breadth through the palate that props up the citrus fruits.
