A very spice and sappy white with pine-nut and dried-apricot character to it all. Full body. Dry and spicy. Big and lively with loads of flavor in this style. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
Tight and mineral on the nose, this unfurls in the glass to show zesty citrus and struck flint but is very youthful at this stage. The palate has great delineation of fruit, with finely etched lemon zest and lime juice. There is a real salinity here that cuts through the building creamy generosity on the palate. This is still compact and tight, but bursting at the edges with potential. Long, fine and savoury on the finish, this is a wine for those with the patience to wait at 3-5 years before approaching.
Notes: 13% abv, Indice 1.
