The 2010 Brut Millésime was disgorged in March 2017 with 5.5 grams per liter dosage. It's showing very well, wafting from the glass with gently reductive aromas of yellow orchard fruit, citrus oil, bread dough, smoke and iodine. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny textured and lively, with good depth and concentration at the core that cloaks a lively spine of acidity. This is a tiny cuvée for Ruinart, sold mainly to the French market, but it's well worth tasting.
