Vibrant aromas of blackberries, currants and flowers follow through to a medium to full body, ultra-fine tannins and a savory aftertaste. A lovely softness and refinement to this young 2014. Gentle. New second wine of BĂ©lair-Monage. Drink in 2020.
2014 is the first vintage, released in January 2017. Vinified in concrete and stainless steel then matured in French oak. Bright red. A little stalky on the nose. Some suavity on the palate may owe something to top-quality oak. Grainy, rusty-nail end. 2019-2025
