There is a touch of herbal tea character to the overtly spicy, earthy and brooding nose that is composed primarily of dark currant scents. The vibrant, intense and broad-shouldered flavors possess outstanding mid-palate concentration while offering a highly seductive mouth feel which contrasts marked with the impressively complex and lingering finish where hints of bitter pit fruit and austerity appear. Not surprisingly this is still very much a baby and extended patience will be necessary if you wish to see this at its peak. Drink: 2030+
