Tasting Notes

This Bordeaux Blend hails from Franschhoek in the Western Cape. The 2015 was cropped at less than 28 hectolitres per hectare and was the ealiest in the last ten years. Aged in French oak, of which 50% is new, the maturation lasts for 20 months ahead of a further two year ageing in bottle before release. A unique double-waxed seal adorns the bottle.
